The coded skin, is a skin that has passed through the following phases and it's ready to be installed:
- Design
- Slicing
- Coding
The uncoded skin is only a design that needs to be sliced and coded before use. Usually such skins come in PSD format (Adobe Photoshop format). Simply it's just a layered pic that still needs some more extra work to be ready for use.
