I have a vBulletin forum that is presently suffering. Several weeks ago I had an upgrade performed to the 3.6.3 version. Ever since then nothing has worked properly and some things don't work at all. The AdminCP no longer controls the CMPS Portal, you are no longer automatically redirected to the next page, when typing a post you can make no new paragraph... all scentences run together, several functions on the editor mode no longer works, and the list goes on. The same person who did the upgrade has tried to fix it but he cannot. The forum is
