Hey i need a custom theme for one of my sites. Its a computer help/chat forum and i want to go off of some kind of nerd super hero kind of stuff. Also I have a picture of what i want the forum part to look like but not the header/footer. This is from another project someone started for me and never finished.

I have about $500.00USD to spend on this project if anyone is interested please contact me.
