I have an admin friend who became staff on my forum.

I made a thread asking for a co-admin. And then he doesn't follow the sites guidelines, and so I made the mistake to hire him. Luckily he's smart on vBulletin. I was stupid at the time.
(Note I posted a service thread on another forum)

I don't know anything about him, how old he is or anything. all I know is that he's "young"

So, basically I feel since he posted a lazy application to demote him from admin.

All he said under that thread was, "I'll help."

He's on my msn messenger.

He also posted a lazy app on a forum I am admin on.

Anyway, any advice or help would be appiercated [sp?]
