[3.6.2] Cyb - Prevent Newbies from Posting to Wrong Forum

Info:
Members of selected usergroups will need to confirm destination forum for the new thread if their post count is less than the number you choose. If member is not in the correct forum, he will be able to choose a different forum from a drop-down menu.


Installation:
1. Import XML file (as product): AdminCP > Plugin System > Manage Products > [Add/Import Product]

2. OPTIONAL: If hack doesn't work with your style then open "newthread" template (In "New posting Templates") and:
-Below "$postpreview" add "$cyb_preventnewthread"
-Above "$footer" add "</div>"


To set options:
Go to AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Cyb Prevent Newbies from Posting to Wrong Forum
