Need help installing a forum - Forums Help - vBulletin, IPB, phpBB, SMF skins and community

Hello,

I am having trouble installing a forum. I can't seem to find my error in the config file. Can I pay you for a forum installation. This way I can download the config file after it has been set up to see where I went wrong.
