How to enable a certain group to allow private Messages - Forums Help - vBulletin, IPB, phpBB, SMF skins and community

I have been having recent troubles trying to get my VIP usergroup to allow Private Messages just like everyone else on the forum can. Do you know where I can go to fix that?(in the ACP) It's messy up there. Defenantly NOT user friendly, but still cool. I am having servere trouble trying to find it.

This is for vB 3.6.1

Any support would be greatly appriciated.

In your Admin CP, goto "Usergroups" menu, and select "Usergroup Manager", choose the appropriate Usergroup (in your case VIP), push the button "go" for editing it.
In the next opened page, try to find "Private Message Permissions", there is where you can set some permissions about that.

I couldn't find enable private messaging. :-\

EDIT: Nevermind, found it. Changed 0 to 200.
