Problem - Signature problem on PHPbb 2.0.22

I'm sorta a newb to phpbb, I've only used it for two forums where the forum itself is hidden away from the view of the public. I recently installed it on a site I just launched for technical support to the website and I've run into an odd situation. Right now there are just 5 members on the forum and all the accounts are working fine except for one. On one of the accounts it will not allow you to put any type of signature in. Neither text or image will show up. It will save, and act as if its accepting it but when you view a post it wont show. The user has their account set to show signatures and their permissions are exactly the same as mine. Yes its another admin, which makes it even odder that it won't display the signature. I'm all out of ideas as to what to do to fix it so I thought I'd see if anyone here has ever ran into that.
