phpBB2 tutorial please! - Forums Help - vBulletin, IPB, phpBB, SMF skins and community

Today I downloaded the phpBB2 forum thing and I was wondering if someone could make a tutorial like the vBulletin one? I like learning step by step so I need simple instructions.

Too be honest, skinning phpbb is actually really easy. I had to make a skin once, and learned by myself. Give it a shot and see how it goes.
