Lol I cant believe it! When you buy it and install it, it installs spyware! YES!

It installs somthing to track were you go on the internet so it can run adds and stuff in the game. Its stupid!

yea i read that yesterday as well... HUGE mistake on their part... i keep reading all over how people are not happy about this and how they wont buy the game because of it, myself included. you dont know what other information its sending to EA

EA keeps buying all the creative game companies.. and then we get these "updated" versions of the same game with very little added features. look at the madden series... not much added each year now they have the nfl license.. blah...

we have battlefield... battlefield vietnam... battlefield 2 ... battlefield 2142 .... its kinda the same game just reskinned... granted pretty much all games are like this as far as FPS goes... itll still have the same missing features.. or bugs that every battlefield version has in the past... and still have... they just keep churning out a slightly updated version for another 50 bucks

Well my father just bought it and installed it because he doesnt care about the spyware, ha ha ha, but I think it is a very fun game, its a lot better than any other battlefield game out right now.

But my computer that I got now cant run any game other than World of Warcraft, Call of Duty (1 and 2), the Halo games, and a few other junkie ones.

It is not spyware. All it does it get your IP range and use it to base ads in your region. Going to MSN.com gives you more spyware than using 2142.

I've heard lot's about this game both for and against it, but because of all the controversy about it decided against investing my hard earned cash into it.

Instead I went out and bought Gears of War for my Xbox 360 now there’s a game to really talk about

Just another shoot erm up, but very impressive graphics and game play, basically aliens have taken over and the human race is dying out and the survival lies in your hands and your hands alone.

Just a step in the right direction and finally made me see the Xbox 360 as it was meant to be seen.
