Free Forum software - Forums Help - vBulletin, IPB, phpBB, SMF skins and community

Hey people!

I desided to run a Lithuanian Sport Graphics site (with a forum), but I do not what free forum software should I use... I would like it to be stable (hacker-proof), and designable... I would go with punBB, but it's almost unskinable, and, well, to be honest it's more of a guestbook, than a real forum, actualy... So I don't know, what should I do.. There are some choices:

phpBB
IPB 1.3 final
IPB 2.0.0 Trial
SMF

Which one should I choose?.. What do you think?.. Any comments and suggestions would be apreciated, thanks guys... If you'll help me, I would probably create a diary, on how I'm making the forum thing alive here..

invision and sense thier a good forum hoster but your link when u create a website will be very weird so sign up for CJB.NET and register for that and avertise using that link
