Search for Username in Postbit - Forums Help - vBulletin, IPB, phpBB, SMF skins and community

I have 4 styles installed and I dont want to edit each style individually I want to build a plugin that i can turn off and on that looks for the username above the avatar in the postbit of any style and ads

How do I get a postibit like this site. Is it a hack or just the design?
