It includes recent posts, threads, birthdays, events, polls, stats, etc, as well as any custom information you want to write to them. It's a great way to remind past visitors to come back and keep current members up-to-date.

NOTE: 3.6+ is a paid version ($30 USD - one time fee with lifetime updates) due to the constant updates and support.
< 3.6 is free, but has very few of the options that are now available.
