i need help please when i try and install mods i get an error

would a diffrent version of sql or phpmyadmin cause this problem??

Well, the problem is that you probably have an outdated or a new mod which does not work for 3.5.4. Try getting a 3.5.4.. That should work. I don't know what else to say if the mod is for 3.5.4. -
