installing plug-ins - Forums Help - vBulletin, IPB, phpBB, SMF skins and community

installing a plug-in should real easy... i'm trying to install a marquee text one. should be very simple, right? got admin panel go down to plugin and products, then manage products, then add/import products.. after upload, it says no file upload or found on server... or is there another place to load them..

Well, there is a problem there. Was there a file that said upload?

the file size is 8kb, says it's a xml. open up the file and it has the lang there.
