Hello ThunderWolf and welcome to Forums Help
I don't know which forum software you are using but if you are using vbulletin, then all you have to do is to go to the admincp, then in the left panel scroll down to the users tab, expand it and find "Send Email to Users", that's it.

Hi again,
I found a product to do what I asked for , but it was for ver. 3.5 , and I try it in ver. 3.6.2 and when i tried to send an e-mail it apears that there is a database error . I hope someone can try it or update it to ver. 3.6.2 !!
Note: the product is attached.
Regards,
ThunderWolf

To send a HTML email, you need to code your email content as if you are coding an HTML page using any HTML editor, then take this code to the Send Email option in your admincp.
As for the plugin you attached, sorry we can't edit others work without there permission.

You have to choose the HTML option from your admincp and not the text option.
