TOS Before Posting? - Forums Help - vBulletin, IPB, phpBB, SMF skins and community

I joined a new forum the other day and before I could post an intro thread it made me agree to the TOS again. I really like the idea of putting the TOS in front of someone again before they post. Is this a mod, and if so where can I find it?

I dont think its a mod thing, I think its an option you can do when you are setting up the forum. I know the COOPA one is in there, but I think with most forums you can edit it (the file that is) to fit the needs of your forum.

Run over to vb.org and search for it...see if thats what you are after.

This is really a nice option for the members to know about the rules of the forums. The problem is that do the members really read them? I myself just checked the "I agree" button on the bottom and then press continue without even reading the TOS.
