There are three main codes to change to convert a skin to a fixed one:
1- Forum Width (from your admincp under the skin you are using)
2- Skin header width
3- Skin footer width
But let me warn you before doing such changes, your skin must be coded in a way that can be changed from fluid to fixed.

Another thing related to your post, I have merged your 3 posts to a single post, there is no need to reply to yourself and make 3 posts in a single thread!
