is it possible to incorporate swf files into vb skins?

Yes, you are able to do so but I have no idea how to do it. Hope that halped.

Yeah, it's possible to incorporate flash.. And HTML is the only possible way, I guess... Just edit the templates and add HTML into your forum with flash applications in it.
