Question about using Skins - WoW Style - Forums Help - vBulletin, IPB, phpBB, SMF skins and community

Is it acceptable use for me to use the new WoW skin, but subsitute my site banner in place of the turning globe WoW banner? I ask because my banner has all the embeded site links coded in as well as the site style, which uses many of the same colors. I think the skin will be a great match to the rest of my site.

I really doubt there would be a problem if you just leave the copyright in there for the props. The skin uses the fan art and other Blizzard related images and therefore not something that could be sold (legally) without the consent... blah blah blah... you get the idea.
