Unhappy big problem :S

i have a big problem with my forum:
It shows every where in the forum "?" for the letter "ë"
if somebody has 5 posts and he make a new posts its shows again 5 posts :S
sometimes when you make a post its shows 2 or 3 same post in that thread :S

i have tried everything to do but i couldn maybe cause i has never a problem like that,so please any body help me if you cant help writing here i will give you my msn and show you the forum to see whats its looking there :S

and try to post something you will see that it does not number your posts and some other problem but i am not so good in english :S,so please if can you give me your msn maybe you can help a little more there :S

thnx a lot ForumsHelp for helping me, i have installed the forum from the begining and i have backup the database and now its looking evreything OK ,

but now its just one problem :S like in the photo below,its not showing the emotions but their name ,can you help me how to make showing the emotions and no their names :S

no problem mate and you are always welcome, can you please, open your site in Internet Explorer, then right click on the missing image and check it's properties and see what's the image URL. That will let us know if the images URL is right or not.
Another thing to do is to copy your smilies folder under your new style's folder, that might solve the problem.

yeah you have right :P,the url of missing images its like this one:http://pc-hack.info/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif
this host its doesnt exist any more,we ae on a new host now,but maybe the old url are from database backup
so how can i do now to fix this

You will need to adjust your forum URL from your vBulletin options in the admincp

thnx man the problem was in admin cp on the url directory of smiles,thnx a lot for yor help and
maybe i am boring you asking a lot of questions but i am new to vbulletin and i have problems after we transfer the forum to new host :S
we have one other problem : :P
1. when i click to see who's online on the top of the browser it shows this text:
