suddenly i'm getting a warning mail this. anyone knows y?

Database error in vBulletin :

mysql_connect() [<a href='function.mysql-connect'>function.mysql-connect</a>]: Too many connections
/home/prakash/domains/shareglobe.com/public_html/includes/class_core.php on line 273

I think that probably means that you need to upgrade your hosting, and optimize your database through your admincp as there might be much overhead.
