importing database - Forums Help - vBulletin, IPB, phpBB, SMF skins and community

i cant import my database please help :S its showing this when i try to import:

Error at the line 29514: INSERT INTO phrase VALUES('30958', '-1', 'setting_magickpath_desc', 'vbsettings', 'Path to the ImageMagick 6 binaries (convert and identify). Example:

i am trying to backup a lot of databases but still the same problem,its going to be 1 month without my forum i am sad a lot :S
