VB Usergroup as admins - Forums Help - vBulletin, IPB, phpBB, SMF skins and community

hello
I am wondering if anyone knows how to give specific usergroups administrator power without actually moving users to admin status.
Sounds weird but we need it for a new user and we don't want the community to freak out.

OK, fallow :

ACP > Usergroups > Add new usergroup > and set the fallowing :

Public (Joinable) Custom Usergroups to No

Scroll down

Can Access Control Panel (is Administrator) to Yes
