Why we can't the users profile?

PS: The actual style was more better later, when in header there was the welcome panel..

Hello Norman

The welcome panel still exists but I was fixing some stuff

And as for the users profiles, I prohibited access to them for a while because there was a spam attack on the forum were I banned 5 spammers and I was afraid that they might spam members as well so I disabled this function for a while.

Users profiles is now enabled and you can see each others profiles
