It's actually quite simple raging.
Go into your website cPanel and create a full backup. This will back up your MySQL database, your forum database, etc. Next, go into your the cPanel of your new site/host. Depending on what type of cPanel you are using, you will see a "Restore Backup" or simply a "Backups" icon. In either of these you will be able to upload your backup, which will restore a backup of your site from its current host. |
