Hello - Forums Help - vBulletin, IPB, phpBB, SMF skins and community

Hello everyone. I came across this board while doing a search for information on TinyPortal and thought it looked like a pretty good board, so here I am. I am from Washington state and I just built my very first forum with SMF. I am now trying to decide if I want to use TinyPortal with it or a cms or what I want. It is all very new to me so at the moment I am a little confused.
