Question Do you Recommend Vbulletin

I want to add a Forum to my Website and have just started shopping around. I like the features on Vbulletin but wanted to get a bit more information from current users before making the commitment. Also not sure whether to Lease or Purchase. Any advice?

Vbulletin is definitely worth the investment, if you can afford to purchase it.

But hey, it isn't cheap.

There are many different types of forum software out there, some of which are nearly as good as Vbulletin itself. For instance PHPBB is very easy to use, and has most of the same features of Vbulletin and others. Just go with what suits you best.

Why Not Lease? Have you had bad experiences or is it a cost facture?

because leasing is a waste of money

if u unsure whether your forum will work then use phpbb

and then if it does work purchase the vbulletin license

to lease and then purchase seems a waste
