Learning VB

I know this is setup a tad different than most forum softwares, a little more complex shall we say, but I wondered how long did it take you VB folk to learn the tricks and tips for it? I only mod, but I have split mod/admin prv. on one site, and just mod on another, so anything you think might help, lay it on me.

its cake. VB IMO is so user friendly compared to the others. The admin panel can be overwhelming upon first entering it but I'd say give yourself a week or two and you'll have all the basics down pat.

I know everything takes some time, most of the issues run into are ones with either plug ins or mods, and maybe they are just bad ones to start with (coded incorrectly, and never tested) - I think I will be okay, give me a month not a week though, I get busy and cant do this forum stuff everyday.

Besides plugins and hacks, everything else is really easy to learn. Just take the time to learn, and you should find everything pretty easy to do otherwise.

Coding stuff is a pain, and Vbulletin V2 was actually easier in that regard. People use Vbulletin for the extra features that most other bulletin boards lack.
