I have never bought any skin before, so I'd like to ask a question: If we buy a forum skin, does it mean that the skin belongs to us and nobody else may use it? And will there be a statement that this skin is designed by the original designer at the bottom? Thank you for any reply.

Everyone can buy the skin, and yes prolly they auther will place his text on the bottom.

Look at the price and then you know if you will have it by yourself, would u do all that work for 15$ ? it's not an '1 hour' job ...
