I am currently using Invision Powerboard Free (ipbfree) right now, and when I go to find new posts, it doesn't always show all of the new posts. Is there a way to fix this, or is that just how it is?
As well, when I go to search for something, that also doesn't work, and rarely ever does at all. So in a sense this is more of a "Am I doing something wrong?" or "Is there a way to fix this?" |

Sometimes I think if you are on a forum too long the new posts reset. I've left my forum on a tab open all day while doing other things and had 120 new posts that morning, but only 12 for the last hour or so when I went back that evening. Perhaps thats what is happeneing? I've noticed I don't always get all the new post notifications to my threads I should, which I've never been able to track down as a known problem anywhere. Sometimes it works perfectly and sometimes not. I normally just attribute it to server hiccups or such.
