Can Someone Please Help With a VB Skin?

Hello Everyone,

I've recently have decided opening a church organization forum for youth and adults. I'm going to purchase Vbulletin and believe to have found a host, site ground company?

Anyways, can anyone recommend someone that would create a skin, nothing fancy, maybe a picture or two on header with the forum's name. To cover some fees you can advertise your "name" on the forum. You can send me a PM with hopefully a reasonable fee, it would greatly be appreciated.

I've included two pictures with what I kinda would like. Currently I've been on Vbulletin learning to use their demo, it's quiet confusing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I was computer savvy I would create the skin my self,lol.
