Need a design for my forum - Forums Help - vBulletin, IPB, phpBB, SMF skins and community

Hi and Salam,

I need a new style for my forum. I've looking all over the place for something nice and something that can fit into an Arabic forum i.e RTL direction, also is it possible to get an Arabic buttons, because that's what I'll have to do anyway.
