Skins and mods compatibillity.

I'm using phpbb2 and while searching through the mods database, I noticed some were only for certain templates. I was wondering if there is a way to change either the template or the mod so that they work together.

That could be tricky. I know for blog software (wordpress) sometimes its flaky when you change things like that. I figure with a forum it might be even worse. I will keep an eye out for ya, but I cant promise anything.

Thank you. I can change a few things with the template, but as for the mods, I figure that they depend on directories associated with certain templates. So I am figuring that hopefully it wouldn't be any more than changing file directories in the mod.

If you have something else than subsilver for instance, just mod that skin. The good thing with pphBB is that a skin error just looks ugly (a broken table or something weird), but you don't get parse errors. Just modify the code a bit till you are satisfied. I would not place the code all the time where supposed to, since I wanted the information created with the hack to display in another way. The best way to not have such problems is to not use another free skin, but mod the default one
